AI-Powered Features (end-to-end): Own AI-powered features (search, recommendation, personalization) end-to-end — technical design and architecture, including build-vs-buy (LLM API vs open-source model).
Agentic Systems (Managed Agents): Build agentic systems (managed agents) tool-calling, orchestration and multi-step workflows integrated with product systems.
RAG, Retrieval & Ranking: Build and improve RAG and retrieval (embeddings, reranking, filtering, hybrid search) and ranking/relevance for job–candidate matching and recommendation. Integrate LLM APIs and open-source models into scalable backend systems.
Evaluation, Standards & Collaboration: Define and track offline/online evaluation metrics; design and run A/B experiments and ship the improvements. Contribute to evaluation frameworks and engineering best practices; partner with product and data teams.
Reliability, Quality & Cost: Optimize quality, latency and cost; add guardrails, fallbacks and monitoring for reliability and safety (including Vietnamese-language quality).
