Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop video concepts, scripts and shooting plans aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Film real estate projects, show units, amenities and construction progress, highlighting key property features and the living experience.
Capture company and project events, including sales launches, handovers and interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Edit footage into engaging property videos, promotional content, event recaps and short-form videos for social media.
Handle color grading, audio editing, music, subtitles and basic motion graphics to deliver polished videos consistent with brand guidelines.
Adapt videos for different platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and the company website; incorporate feedback and deliver on agreed timelines.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate project information and smooth on-site production.
Organize and back up video assets, maintain production equipment, and ensure appropriate use of licensed materials.
Work with the Marketing team to support event execution and show unit operations as assigned.
Coordinate with external agencies on branding and creative projects, including communicating briefs, consolidating feedback and tracking deliverables to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and agreed timelines.
