Manage and operate e-commerce stores on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Tiki, with a focus on sales growth and business performance optimization
Monitor key performance metrics (GMV, revenue, ROI, conversion rate, etc.) and proactively propose optimization solutions
Plan and execute sales campaigns (promotions, flash sales, marketing campaigns) for each platform
Work closely with internal teams (Media, Design, Operations) to ensure smooth campaign execution and store operations
Act as the main contact point for clients: provide performance updates, align on strategies, and propose growth plans
Prepare regular performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with insights and action plans
Monitor market trends, competitors, and platform updates to optimize overall strategy
