  • Test Planning & Strategy: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing across web, mobile, and hybrid applications.
  • Automation Development: Build, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.) to improve test efficiency and coverage.
  • Manual Testing: Perform hands-on manual testing to identify issues, validate functionalities, and verify defect fixes in web and mobile applications.
  • Continuous Integration & Delivery: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into continuous integration (CI) pipelines and support agile development practices.
  • Defect Management: Identify, log, and manage defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure testing activities align with product releases and business goals.
  • Test Environment Management: Set up, manage, and maintain test environments, ensuring accurate test data is available for various testing scenarios.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, offering advice on test approaches, tools, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve overall testing effectiveness and team productivity.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, and test plans, to ensure transparency and traceability of testing activities.
  • AI Adoption & AI-Augmented Testing: • Adopting Generative AI tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, LLM assistants) to accelerate test design, script generation, and triage.
  • Conduct scenario-based exploratory testing and output validation for AI-assisted product features (chatbots, agents, automated suggestions).
  • Define internal guidelines for safe, compliant AI tool usage adhering to company data privacy standards.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional software QA / SDET experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership, QA Lead, or Principal IC role.
  • English Communication Fluency.
  • Deep expertise in Test Automation: hands-on mastery of JavaScript / TypeScript (or Python) using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Strong knowledge of API Testing (REST/GraphQL), SQL data validation, and complex database architectures.
  • Hands-on experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines and Dockerized test environments.
  • Proven AI-Era Productivity: Active, daily practitioner of GenAI tooling to accelerate QA delivery and team output.
  • Having Strategic Leadership Mindset is a plus: Demonstrated ability to define quality strategies, mentor engineers, and manage release risks independently.
  • English communication is at a good level
