- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, talent communities and competitor mapping.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and critical roles, especially in engineering, technical and supply chain functions.
- Map the talent market (target companies, talent availability, salary trends) and use these insights to guide hiring decisions.
- Partnering with Hiring Managers
- Lead intake and hiring strategy discussions with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profile, interview panel and timeline.
- Advise and challenge hiring managers when requirements, compensation or timelines do not match market reality, and propose practical alternatives.
- Work with local and global stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- End-to-End Hiring Delivery
- Own the full recruitment cycle: screening, assessment, candidate briefs, interview coordination, offer negotiation and closing.
- Drive a fast, simple hiring process and follow up proactively to keep hiring decisions moving.
- Manage recruitment agencies when needed, including briefing, CV ownership, performance tracking and fee/guarantee follow-up.
- Data, Compliance & Candidate Experience
- Keep candidate and job data accurate and up to date in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness and pipeline conversion.
- Ensure compliance with Koch/Molex hiring policies and candidate data privacy standards.
- Deliver a timely, professional and transparent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Contribute to employer branding, referral programs and TA improvement projects.
