Tổng quan
- Design, develop, and improve tooling, jigs, and fixtures for automated manufacturing and assembly processes, particularly for Connector, Cable Assembly, and Optical Connection applications.
- Develop mechanical concepts and solutions for assembly fixtures, inspection fixtures, and automation equipment.
- Manage equipment and tooling installation, debugging, commissioning, and production ramp-up.
- Work closely with suppliers on tool/fixture fabrication, machine build, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Manage engineering drawings, technical documentation, and ECN changes.
- Research and apply new technologies and mechanical solutions to manufacturing equipment and processes.
