- Lead NPI activities from design transfer through production launch.
- Support prototype builds, pilot runs, validation, and ramp-up activities.
- Resolve product, assembly, tooling, and manufacturing issues using structured problem-solving methods.
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in DFM/DFA reviews, design validation, and production readiness assessments.
- Coordinate with global engineering, quality, operations, and supplier teams.
- Support tooling, fixture, equipment, and supplier readiness for mass production.
