- Act as a global subject matter expert (SME) for plating chemical processes and RO/DI water systems.
- Drive process optimization, quality improvement, and manufacturing stability across Molex plants worldwide.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions for plating and water treatment issues.
- Support global projects, technology deployment, factory expansion, and process standardization initiatives.
- Provide on-site technical support and collaborate with international engineering teams to improve operational excellence.
