Tổng quan

  • The IT Projects & Digital Transformation Specialist drives and supports initiatives that modernize business processes, systems, and ways of working through technology. You will work with business units to identify improvement opportunities, design and implement digital solutions (ERP, workflow automation, data and analytics, cloud), and drive adoption across the organization.
  • A. IT Digital Transformation Project Support (approx. 70%):
  • Coordinate digital projects from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.
  • Manage scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholders using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors, system integrators, and internal IT teams (infrastructure, applications, security).
  • Assess current business processes and IT systems; identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for digitalization.
  • Contribute ideas to the digital transformation roadmap, aligning it with business goals and IT strategy.
  • Build business use cases, estimate costs and benefits, and prioritize initiatives Ensure solutions comply with company IT policies, data protection, and cybersecurity standards. Maintain project documentation, system architecture records, and change logs. Support IT audits and continuous improvement of IT processes.
  • B. Daily Operational Support (approx. 30%):
  • Provide the first level functional support to business users for ERP system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with external vendors for resolution.
  • Other:
  • Report to the Line Manager upon succession of any tasks accordingly.
