Tổng quan

Mainly responsible for Customs Clearance of ACP (air conditioner projects).
Handle import shipments for air conditioner projects: register master list, check import document, customs declarations, deduct Master list monitoring slip… Ensure accuracy and meet required lead times.
Check HS code of new products. Update master data with all customs declaration information.
Solve issues arising during the Customs clearance process and Post Customs Clearance regarding imported price and transaction.
Work with related parties (planning products, factories, sales team, customs department…) for interrogation as customs’ requirement.
Follow and inform the imported shipments to warehouse and delivery team.
Work with factories/ insurance agents to solve the damaged carton and products in Import operation.
Check the Logistics fee and settle payment to Customs vendors.
Check the Monthly Import lead-time and expense report.
