Tổng quan
- Responsible for maintaining the company’s network, servers, systems, and IT infrastructure to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations.
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, switches, and Internet connections.
- Administer Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions, and email systems.
- Monitor servers, network performance, backup, and system availability.
- Troubleshoot network, server, hardware, and software issues.
- Implement IT security controls, antivirus, patching, and access management.
- Manage IT assets and maintain technical documentation.
- Support infrastructure upgrades and IT projects.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
- Support IT MGR to ensure all IT hardware and software always comply with ISM policy.
- Report to the Line Manager upon succession of any tasks accordingly
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
