  • The Finance Accounting Manager leads all finance and accounting activities for Vietnam, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strong financial governance. The role partners closely with local management and the headquarters to support profitable growth, strategic decisions, and operational excellence
  • Description
  • Lead all finance and accounting operations across the business.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and profitability performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations and group policies.
  • Maintain effective internal controls, risk management, and insurance programs.
  • Prepare accurate management and group financial reports.
  • Lead external audits and coordinate with auditors.
  • Provide financial analysis for investments, projects, and pricing decisions.
  • Manage ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and process improvements.
  • Build relationships with banks and manage financing activities.
  • Oversee costing, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' finance and accounting experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of VAS, taxation, statutory reporting, and compliance.
  • Experience in manufacturing, export-oriented, or multinational environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced English communication skills; IFRS exposure preferred.
