We are recruiting a new team member who will handle our USA 3PL operations.
In this role, you will work with our USA office, entering data into our USA 3PL system, input and send an EDI via our client system.
Working hours are based on Vietnam Local Time, not USA.
Update inbound and outbound warehouse data and records and maintain warehouse informations in our 3PL system.
Monitor receiving, inventory, breakdown, and outgoing activities.
Verify carton quantities and resolve discrepancies between system records and actual warehouse counts.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and relevant teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure data accuracy and timely completion of work.
