Tổng quan

Builds and maintains MB Life's datamarts, data pipelines and integrations, and supports them in production, so that business users, reporting and analytics receive accurate and timely data.
Key Resposibilities:
Build and maintain datamarts and data pipelines: develop ETL/ELT jobs and data models for business domains (policy, customer, agent, claims) following the team's engineering standards, with testing and documentation.
Develop data platform components and integrations (non-infra), such as ingestion from core systems and partners, reusable pipeline frameworks and data quality checks.
Provide production issue support and pipeline maintenance: monitor daily jobs, investigate and fix failures and data issues within SLA, and improve pipeline stability and performance.
Support intake and data backbone tasks: analyze and estimate data requests, deliver assigned tasks on time and keep the Lead informed of progress and risks.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
Experience
3–6 years in data engineering (ETL/ELT, data warehouse/datamart); insurance, banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
Certification
Cloud data certification (Azure / AWS / GCP) is an advantage.
