Tổng quan
- Handle daily accounting, reporting, and compliance with Vietnamese standards.
- Record and verify daily financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and revenues)
- Collect ocean freights on behalf of US parent company
- Pay operation charges on behalf of US parent company
- Reconcile bank balances, cash flow, and vendor accounts on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain precise, organized physical and digital accounting files and documentation.
- Handle tax planning, compliance, and local authority relations.
- Declare and file monthly/quarterly tax reports (VAT, Personal Income Tax - PIT, Foreign Contractor Tax – FCT, Corporate Income Tax - CIT) in accordance with local regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in local tax laws and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)
