SoCom & Website Management: Manage and optimize website content, merchandising, product pages, landing pages, banners, and on-site experiences to improve customer experience, conversion, and revenue.
Sales Campaign & Marketing Execution: Execute commercial campaigns across the Website, Social Commerce (SoCom), Zalo Mini App and Online e-retailer including promotion setup, campaign assets, and KOL/KOC coordination, with a focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition.
CRM & Customer Retention: Work closely with the Growth Specialist to build, operate, and optimize CRM automation flows on Zalo Mini App, focusing on customer opt-in, engagement, retention, and repeat purchase.
Sales Operations: Manage promotion setup on Omisell and coordinate product availability, inbound, fulfillment, and other operational requirements to ensure smooth execution across owned channels.
Cross-functional Execution: Coordinate with Growth, Brand, Design, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution; support payment processes, paperwork, and other operational requirements.
