- Strategic Partnership: Build and grow our sales network by establishing strong relationships with key vendors and dealers.
- Logistics Management: Plan and organize domestic/international logistics partners and warehouse
- operations.
- Operations & P&L: Oversee country P&L, forecast sales/inventory, and manage all documentation (orders, invoices, delivery).
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships, conduct store visits to check stock/displays, and provide product training.
- Team Leadership: Recruit and manage the promoter team, overseeing schedules and sales performance.
- After-Sales Support: Manage customer inquiries, warranty cases, and spare parts inventory.
