Documentation:
o Handle HBL/CBL of Export Shipments, including but not limits at creation, verification, Shipping Instruction submission to carriers, Validating documentation. Ensure document quality and timeliness.
o Follow IOP/SOP in document handling process.
o Ensure operational KPI is adhered with and successfully delivery
o Coordinate with other stakeholders and resolve issues to ensure DOC available and correct during transportation.
o Manage exceptions in daily operation.
o Support customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling.
o Initiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity and work quality.
o Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders.
