  • User Product Ownership
  • Own key user-facing payment journeys and continuously identify opportunities to improve usability, conversion and adoption.
  • Translate user problems, business needs and technical constraints into clear product requirements and scalable product solutions.
  • Define product priorities and contribute to the roadmap based on user impact, business value, technical feasibility and data.
  • UI/UX & Payment Experience
  • Work closely with UX/UI Design to simplify payment journeys, reduce user friction and improve clarity across payment experiences.
  • Ensure product solutions balance user experience, payment reliability, transaction performance and technical feasibility.
  • Review and challenge product flows, interaction patterns and information hierarchy before implementation.
  • User Engagement
  • Identify and develop user engagement opportunities across payment journeys, including triggers, placements, rewards, loyalty and contextual communication.
  • Collaborate with relevant MoMo platforms and Business Units to integrate existing engagement capabilities into EPS products.
  • Convert proven engagement patterns into reusable capabilities that can scale across merchants and payment use cases.
  • Product Analytics & Optimization
  • Define and monitor key product metrics such as user funnel, payment success, latency, feature adoption, engagement and repeated usage.
  • Use quantitative data, user behavior and qualitative insights to identify product problems and prioritize improvements.
  • Evaluate product performance after launch and recommend further optimization based on measurable outcomes.
  • Product Delivery & Cross-functional Leadership
  • Drive product initiatives from problem discovery and solution definition through development, launch and post-launch evaluation.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, Operations and other Product teams to resolve dependencies and ensure effective delivery.
  • Act as the product expert for assigned user journeys and provide clear recommendations when trade-offs or cross-team decisions are required.
  • Product Capability Development
  • Identify recurring user problems and convert validated solutions into reusable product patterns or capabilities.
  • Contribute to product standards and best practices for EPS user products.
  • Proactively surface opportunities where EPS can build differentiated payment experiences rather than relying on one-off implementations.
  • Approximately 4–6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development or related digital-product roles.
  • Demonstrated experience owning user-facing products or product journeys from problem definition through launch and optimization.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design and Data teams.
  • Experience in fintech, payment, e-wallet, checkout, QR payment or consumer financial products is a strong advantage.
  • Strong ownership and ability to independently drive ambiguous product problems.
  • Structured and critical thinker who can balance user needs, business impact and technical constraints.
  • Curious about user behavior and willing to challenge assumptions using data and evidence.
  • Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Able to move between strategic product thinking and detailed product execution when necessary.
