- Lumi-X is a newly founded startup. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work with us on Odoo ERP projects for our clients, and to learn and grow together with every project.

- Level: Junior Project Coordinator / Project Coordinator (based on experience)
- Salary: VND 11 – 30 million gross/month (negotiable based on ability)

Yêu cầu
- What you will do
- Work with the Project Manager to plan and update tasks and milestones in Odoo Project; track progress and flag delay risks early
- Organize internal and client meetings, take minutes, and send weekly status reports
- Manage project documents (BRD, FSD, change log, sign-off records) and version control
- Help set up test/staging/production environments, users and access rights, module installs and data imports; coordinate deployments with developers
- Write test cases, coordinate UAT, log and track defects until closed
- Maintain the risk/issue log and change requests; prepare progress and effort reports for the PM
- Other tasks as assigned, depending on the company's business needs
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related IT field
- Understanding of the SDLC; can read basic Python and SQL, uses Git; basic knowledge of APIs and databases
- Good at organizing work and working with many stakeholders
- Has led or managed projects, activities or clubs (not necessarily software projects)
- Communicates well with clients in meetings, by email and by phone, in Vietnamese and English
- Good English: reads documentation, writes emails, joins client meetings (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above)
- Proficient with project management tools (Odoo Project, Jira or similar)
- Proactive, eager to learn, enjoys working with both clients and technical teams
- Experience with Odoo (functional or technical): Odoo Community, Odoo.sh or Odoo Online
- Project management certification (PMBOK, CAPM) or Odoo certification
