Reports to: BD Manager
Purpose: Develop Japan market, customers and distribution channels; manage key accounts; control receivables.
Market Development
Research Japan market for confectionery/FMCG by region, country and segment.
Track demand, pricing, trends and competitors; propose market entry strategies.
Attend domestic and international trade fairs and follow up on leads.
Customer & Distribution Development
Identify and develop new customers, agents and distributors.
Quote, negotiate and sign export contracts (price, quality, Incoterms, payment, delivery schedule).
Own sales volume, revenue and gross margin against targets; propose corrective actions when behind plan.
Select, support and evaluate distributors; recommend upgrades or termination.
Key Account Management
Maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with quality, delivery and service.
Handle complaints and commercial disputes.
Negotiate contract renewals and volume expansion.
Receivables Management
Monitor and collect international receivables on time.
Reconcile with Accounting/Finance; propose solutions for late payments.
Accountable to the Board for payment and credit risks.
Reporting & Coordination
Submit regular reports on pipeline, sales, orders and receivables.
Coordinate with Logistics, QA, Accounting, Purchasing and Production for contract execution.
Working time:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
