Requirements: Candidates must have relevant experience in sales planning within the real estate industry, preferably with a property developer. Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.
Market research
Conduct market and project research covering macroeconomic conditions, regulations, market trends, competitors, new launches, pricing, and sales and marketing practices.
Sales Planning and Launch Preparation
Coordinate with relevant departments to develop sales procedures, internal processes, sales and after-sales systems, and customer sales documents and contracts.
Handle sales launch preparation, including product information, sales and marketing materials, pricing, and sales program formulation.
Prepare internal reports and approval submissions.
Sales Performance Management
Monitor sales transactions and performance, including inventory, revenue, cash flow, incentives, distribution channels, sales costs, and customer mix.
Prepare periodic sales reports and performance analysis.
Perform other duties as required by the Sales and Marketing department.
