3D pipeline evolution — design and ship the next-generation RVM / NWD / IFC → 3D Tiles pipeline in C++ / Rust
Agent Core — build the bridging logic between LLMs, MCP Servers, and the Knowledge Graph, exposing 3D Tiles data so agents can reason and act on it
Use AI tools heavily in your own development workflow — AI-assisted development is a required skill, not a perk
Solid grasp of 3D Tiles, glTF, BVH, LOD, and spatial indexing fundamentals
Understanding of CAD data (RVM, NWD, IFC, DWG) structure and limits — or the obsessive learning speed to catch up within 6 months
Strong C++ and/or Rust
Ability to use AI (Claude Code / Cursor / agent tooling) as a real productivity multiplier in day-to-day engineering — not just for code completion
Calm, persistent debugger — root-cause first, no shipping at 80%, and you verify AI-generated code
Hands-on experience building and operating LLM agents or MCP Servers in production
Background in 3D graphics, game engines, or BIM / CAD data
Experience with Graph DBs (Neo4j, ArangoDB, etc.)
