- Develop new enterprise database business opportunities in Vietnam, with a primary focus on customers currently using Oracle Database.

- Build and manage relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, Infrastructure Heads, DBA teams, and other key decision-makers.
- Develop strategic accounts across Banking & Finance, Government, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and other large enterprises.
- Work with Tibero HQ and technical teams to develop migration proposals, PoCs, commercial proposals, and competitive replacement strategies.
- Build and manage a pipeline of Oracle Database replacement opportunities.
