Position: Playable Ads Developer
Nationality: Vietnam
Working Location: Hanoi
Working Days: 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Working Arrangement: Flexible working hours
Annual Salary: USD 9,000 – 18,000
Contract Period: 12 months
Analyze the core game loop and assets from existing Unity-based titles to refactor them into high-performance HTML5 interactive ads.
Create lightweight web builds (optimizing file size to meet ad network standards: under 5MB).
Ensure compliance with mobile in-app webview standards and ensure compatibility with major ad networks (AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, Mintegral, TikTok, Google, etc.).
Build a pipeline to generate single HTML files customized for each channel.
Collaborate with Performance Marketers and 2D/3D Designers to rapidly develop diverse creatives for A/B testing (adjusting variables, modifying visual effects).
Leverage AI tools for code generation, asset conversion, and development time reduction.
