Develop and execute plans to expand JCB's partner network and acquire new partners.
Drive business growth with existing partners by identifying opportunities to expand business areas and sales volume.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to support successful and sustainable business development.
Negotiate with partner candidates and existing partners to encourage timely implementation and expansion of JCB business.
Develop and execute plans for new JCB rules, products, services and business initiatives in cooperation with partners.
Support partners in system setup, operation and implementation matters, working closely with relevant JCB teams in Japan
Monitor and analyze the banking and card payment industry, partner needs and competitors to identify business opportunities and support JCB's business activities.
Collaborate with Marketing and relevant teams to develop and communicate promotions and brand services to partners.
Coordinate assigned projects and budgets to maximize business effectiveness.
Assist senior officers in assigned business activities and contribute to the development of team capabilities.
