Business Analysis & Discovery: Work with Business Owners and Sales/Commercial stakeholders to understand business problems, analyze current and target processes, clarify scope and define expected business outcomes.
Functional Design: Translate approved needs into business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, process flows and data definitions for Sales & CRM capabilities.
Solution Delivery & Integration: Collaborate with R&D and relevant technology teams to clarify requirements, define API and data integration needs, validate solution logic and manage requirement changes during delivery.
UAT & Business Adoption: Prepare and coordinate UAT with Business Owners, support issue resolution and sign-off, provide user guidance and follow up adoption after deployment.
Functional Support & Continuous Improvement: Provide functional L2/L3 support for complex process or logic incidents, perform root-cause analysis and recommend improvements based on business impact and user feedback.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain functional documentation, process guides and structured handover materials for the Digi Service team and relevant stakeholders.
