- Job Responsibility
- Responsible for the procurement of molds, mold components, and related production materials, including RFQ, price comparison, negotiation, purchase order placement, and delivery follow-up.
- Manage suppliers for mold outsourcing, mold repair, and mold modification projects.
- Track the manufacturing progress of molds and machined parts, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality, delivery, and other related issues to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Tooling teams to support procurement requirements and ensure smooth production operations.
- Maintain procurement data, supplier information, and related reports, while supporting cost reduction initiatives and continuous supplier development.
- Perform other tasks assigned by department management.
- Job Requirement：
- College degree or above, with at least 1-2 years of purchasing/procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to read mechanical drawings (2D/3D).
- Proficient in using Office software and procurement-related systems such as SAP is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and supplier management skills, with the ability to independently manage purchasing projects.
