Responsible for in-process quality control to ensure products meet customer requirements and company quality standards.
Lead and manage the IPQC team, including manpower planning, training.
Monitor and handle quality issues during production, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee first article inspection, in-process inspection, and sampling inspection activities to ensure inspection effectiveness and timely resolution of on-site quality issues.
Analyze quality data, drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, and complete other tasks assigned by management.
