• Possess a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Contribute to the design of scalable and efficient software solutions, considering technical feasibility
• and business impact.
• Leverage your AWS experience to understand and articulate requirements related to cloud-based
• solutions, infrastructure, and services.
• Participate in technical discussions and provide input on solution architecture from a requirements

• Testing & Quality Assurance Support:

• Your Skills and Experience
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related
• field.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development (e.g., as a Software Engineer, Developer).
• 3 years of dedicated experience as a Business Requirements System Engineer (BRSE) or similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, Systems Analyst) focusing on requirements gathering and analysis.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud AWS/GCP/Azure
• Essential Soft Skills:
• Strong Japanese language skills (N2+ or higher) are essential. English proficiency is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
• Understanding database concepts and SQL.
• Basic understanding of API integrations and web services.
