  • Research & Strategic Project Management
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight across complex quantitative research projects, ensuring research approaches, insights, and recommendations align with clients’ broader business objectives.
  • Guide research teams in developing effective research approaches and delivering meaningful insights that address clients' business challenges.
  • Review research proposals, reports, and presentations to ensure analytical quality, strategic relevance, and actionable recommendations.
  • Apply extensive market research expertise to provide innovative solutions and strengthen the company's research capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery, operational efficiency, and overall service quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing research processes and ways of working.
  • Client Relationship & Business Development
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted research partner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, strategies, and competitive environments to deliver relevant research solutions.
  • Drive business development and account growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening key client relationships, and converting business opportunities into successful research engagements.
  • Lead client discussions and deliver compelling presentations that translate research findings into strategic business recommendations.
  • Take ownership of assigned revenue and profitability targets, ensuring sustainable business performance.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and develop research teams, including guiding Research Managers and Senior Research Executives, strengthening team capabilities, and supporting long-term talent development.
  • Provide guidance to Research Managers and Senior Research Executives in developing research proposals, reports, and client presentations.
  • Oversee team performance, resource allocation, and workload management to ensure effective project execution.
  • Conduct regular performance discussions, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to team development and broader organizational initiatives that support business growth.
