Tổng quan

Receive, check and process Modern Trade (MT) customer orders accurately in the ERP/Sales system.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time delivery to MT customers.
Monitor order and delivery status, including OTIF, stock shortages and delivery constraints, and provide timely updates to customers and Sales.
Handle returns, damaged goods, shortages and customer claims; follow up with relevant functions for timely resolution.
Prepare, check and maintain sales, delivery and invoice-related documents.
Maintain and update customer/store master data and support new store setup or changes in the system.
Support contract and related document administration, including contract/appendix records and validity tracking.
Support incentive/trade administration and ensure accuracy of relevant supporting data.
Prepare basic operational/customer service reports, monitor recurring issues and support process improvements.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain and other relevant functions to resolve operational and system-related issues.
