Factory Operations: Conduct frequent visits to manufacturing facilities in the Bắc Ninh region to monitor production, coordinate operations, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and standards.
Supplier & Procurement Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with factory partners, coordinate meetings, support negotiations, and follow through on operational commitments.
Production Monitoring: Track production output, identify delays or operational issues, and provide regular, accurate reports to international management.
Quality Assurance Coordination: Work closely with quality control personnel to maintain consistent product quality and promptly address manufacturing concerns.
Communication & Translation: Facilitate meetings between international management and Vietnamese factory teams, ensuring clear, accurate communication and proper follow-through on decisions.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the internal team on shipments, pickups, deliveries, and other production-related logistics.
Office Management: Help establish and oversee the company's local Vietnam office, supporting daily operations as production capacity expands.
Accountability & Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges, take ownership of issues, and drive solutions rather than allowing problems to remain unresolved.
