Tổng quan
- Design Coordination & Technical Documentation
- Manage and coordinate design work with subcontractors, design consultants, and other relevant parties.
- Review, check, and manage submission documentation to the Consultant and Employer.
- Manage coordination between Terminal Equipment (TE) design and construction works and other disciplines, including STR, ARC, and MEPF.
- Support the preparation and coordination of TE technical letter responses.
- Construction Management & Site Supervision
- Manage, supervise, and inspect TE construction works on site.
- Provide support to TE engineers for site-related activities, as required.
- Prepare and update TE system site readiness reports.
- Maintain and update TE system site records and supporting evidence.
- Main Systems in Charge
- Baggage Handling System (BHS)
- Airport Standing Equipment (ASE, PBB, VDGS)
- Security Screening Equipment (SSE)
- System Coordination & Progress Monitoring
- Handle weekly presentations on TE systems.
- Update TE system delivery schedules and coordinate with relevant subcontractors.
- Ensure TE system closeout documents comply with project specifications and requirements.
- Testing, Commissioning & Handover Documentation
- Coordinate and finalize Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), training programs, and Operation & Maintenance (O& M) manuals with the Client.
- Coordinate and finalize Testing and Commissioning (T& C) procedures and documentation with the Client.
- Administrative Support
- Provide support to TE administrative staff for related activities, as required.
