Tổng quan

Collect, check, organize, and maintain supplier contracts, tariffs, and rate sheets.
Manage and update hotel, guide, transport, restaurant, activity, boat, and other
supplier data.
Review supplier rates, validity periods, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms
cancellation terms, and special conditions.
Support supplier negotiations and rate comparisons.
Work with the Destination Manager to identify preferred suppliers and alternative
suppliers.
Maintain accurate cost data in company systems and databases.
Support the setup of supplier and product data in Ezus or other internal systems.
Check that quotation and reservation teams are using accurate contracted rates.
Flag pricing issues, missing conditions, supplier inconsistencies, or unusual cost
increases.
Support margin protection by reviewing cost structures and supplier pricing.
Coordinate with finance and operations on supplier payment conditions and
documentation.
Assist with product updates, seasonal rate loading, and contract renewal cycles.
Help build structured contracting files, supplier profiles, and product data
standards.
Support site inspections, supplier evaluations, and quality reviews where required.

Notice period after probation subject to the final labour contract and Vietnamese law.
