Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and related sales documents for distributors and clients, using approved pricing and product information.
Support bid and pre-sales work by reviewing requests, specifications, and architectural drawings; coordinate product layouts and drawings with Engineering and Drafting.
Respond promptly and clearly to product, configuration, and application questions, seeking technical guidance when needed.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Marketing, Purchasing, Scheduling, and other teams to keep opportunities and customer requests moving.
Maintain complete and accurate sales records in company systems; prepare regular activity and pipeline reports.
Track active quotations, deadlines, and follow-up actions; help the sales team keep opportunities progressing.
Organize product samples and the sample area, and prepare sample packages for shipment when required.
Learn Hussey Seating and Hussey Seatway product families, sales tools, quoting processes, and order procedures; share clear guidance with distributors as appropriate.
Bring forward recurring customer needs, market observations, and ideas that could improve products or the sales process.
