Run daily operations across coworking (primarily), coliving and the café, including maintenance, team & suppliers. Step in and be hands-on when needed, step back to see the bigger picture whenever possible, and delegate clearly.
Set priorities, plan the team’s work and keep your promises. Make time for important improvements, not only daily tasks.
Lead and grow the team. Set clear expectations, give useful feedback, help each person develop, and solve problems early and fairly.
Put members first in your decisions. Work with our Community Manager to keep the atmosphere welcoming and the service reliable.
Find problems and opportunities, build simple systems and processes, and improve how the business runs.
Use financial reports, scorecards and member feedback to make decisions, control costs and grow profit.
Make most decisions yourself. In your weekly call with the owner, share updates, suggest ideas, raise concerns early, and agree on bigger decisions. You're invited and expected to challenge decisions or priorities when needed. Truth > Diplomacy.
