Tổng quan

Collect and analyze customer information according to the company’s customer positioning standards, and complete target customer selection and registration
Develop and implement customer development plans in line with customer development milestones, and conduct regular reviews to obtain customer nomination or sampling opportunities
Follow up on initial customer instructions and complete credit profile establishment, sample development, quotation and price negotiation, tooling/mold development, testing arrangements, and other related work to convert opportunities into bulk production orders
Follow the standard order operation process to complete order review, order information transfer, delivery date confirmation, shipping instruction issuance, monthly reconciliation, payment follow-up, and other tasks to ensure accurate order delivery and payment collection
Conduct regular customer visits and customer care, promptly receive and handle customer complaints, and follow up on resolution results to improve customer satisfaction.

Salary: fixed monthly salary of RMB 6.5K–8.5K/month + quarterly performance bonus + annual performance bonus
