Develop and manage production plans and shipment schedules based on customer requirements and production demands.
Monitor machine status, production capacity, and calculate capacity requirements to ensure sufficient resources for production plans.
Coordinate with related departments to resolve issues impacting production plans, capacity utilization, and delivery schedules.
Monitor and analyze factory performance indicators, including yield, productivity, cost, and capacity utilization.
Manage and monitor production material consumption to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Analyze production data and develop reports to support production management and decision-making.
Maintain accurate production data and support automation, digitalization, and process improvement activities using Power Platform tools.
Prepare regular production reports and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
Identify production risks, take corrective actions, and escalate issues when necessary to minimize impact on production and delivery commitments.
Support cross-functional projects and perform other duties assigned by management.
