Tổng quan

Monitor product quality and approve products for shipment.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Follow up improvement actions to resolve quality issues.
Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with requirements.
Prepare reports and participate in customer meetings.
Research and implement new technologies to improve quality, productivity, and cost.
Support technology transfer from development to mass production, including process, specifications, and related documents.

The employees can go to work after passing the recruitment round
When entering the company, the employees shall be signed the two-month probation contract with the company. If the employees pass the probation time, the employees shall sign the first 12-month definite labor contract with the company.
Negotiated salary. Besides the basic salary, the employees shall receive other allowances regulated by the company.
Working time: 8h/day (office calendar). The rest time is regulated by the Laws and the company
Deliver full PPE as job requirement
Salary increment, bonus and other benefits as the company’s regulation.
Social, medical and unemployment insurance contribution
