Tổng quan

Source suppliers, analyze quotations and negotiate price, lead time, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
Manage purchasing activities including RFQ, PR/PO, RINGI/approval, Open PO and delivery follow-up in D365/ERP.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve delivery, quality, specification and supply issues.
Coordinate import/export shipments, forwarders, shipping documents and customs clearance, and follow up shipment abnormalities.
Support supplier management, cost reduction, logistics cost control and SCM reporting.
Maintain accurate SCM data and support D365/ERP, Supplier Portal, digitalization and process improvement activities.
Identify operational risks, take necessary actions, escalate issues and follow through until closure.
Vendor sourcing, analyze quotation, negotiate price + lead time with vendors
Review inventories and order spare-parts, consumption, tools as required.
Manage purchase orders within on D365/portal web system in a timely manner.
Review delivery against the orders and control delivery.
Do customs clearance for shipment.
Cooperate with related department and vendors to solve quality problem (if purchased items face quality problem)
Make payment request
Update data for purchasing control report
Supplier evalutation.
Support common SCM activities and other duties as assigned.
