Tổng quan

Develop and execute monthly communication and social media plans aligned with brand direction.
Create content ideas highlighting contemporary Vietnamese coffee culture, product storytelling, and international audiences.
Manage organic social activities across Instagram, RedNote, and other relevant channels.
Propose and execute events, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Work closely with internal teams (Product, VM, Retail, Digital, PR, Creative…) and external agencies to ensure effective execution.
Handle brand-related paperwork, research, documentation, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Range age: 25 - 30 are prefer. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, PR or related major.
2-3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Communications, or social media, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, F&B, hospitality, or brands targeting international audiences.
Good planning, execution, and project coordination skills.
Strong visual taste, creativity, and understanding of social media trends.
Interest in Vietnamese culture and international consumer behavior.
Good English communication skills.

Range salary: 14 - 18 mil (gross) (negotiation depend on experience's and qualification's candidates)
Duration probation: 60 days, after passing probation, employee will join in social insurance, health insurance, un employment insurance, DBV insurance
12 days of annual leave per year, 13th month salary depend on the Company's business performance and individual performance during the year
Participation in monthly internal engagement and team-building activities. Monthly 40% employee discount voucher for Routine products.
Working place: Routine U Space: 583 Su Van Hanh, Hoa Hung Ward, HCMC
Working time: Monday - Friday.
