- Proactively source and attract candidates for positions ranging from Mass Recruitment to Specialist level through diverse recruitment channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: receiving hiring needs, sourcing, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates through onboarding.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, ASMs, and HRMs to define candidate profiles, advise on solutions, and develop appropriate recruitment plans.
- Build a Talent Pool, maintain a network of potential candidates, and develop a pipeline for key positions.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment effectiveness; propose solutions to optimize the recruitment process.
- Participate in PNJ’s Employer Branding activities and keep up with labor market trends.
