- Maintain and ensure the stable operation of the office’s IT systems.
- Set up and configure the internal network: routers, switches, Wi-Fi systems, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.
- Set up and configure devices and software for end-users.
- Repair and maintain hardware devices and office equipment (printers, phones, Wi-Fi).
- Guide and support users in handling computer-related issues.
- Manage and track IT equipment and assets.
- Work with suppliers regarding warranty and maintenance issues for IT equipment.
- Test and evaluate new technologies.
- Coordinate with other departments when required.
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- 2nd language ability: English (Good communication/reading technical documents).
- Computer usage ability: Microsoft Office, MCSA, CCNA.
- Related experiences: 1–2 years of experience.
- Essential Capabilities:
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficient usage of Microsoft Office and Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware.
- Solid knowledge of network systems: firewalls, routers, switches.
- Good knowledge of MCSA
