Tổng quan

  • Be the data, analytics and follow-up owner for the Exclusive Medicine project: keep one source of truth (the molecule workbook), consolidate quotes and progress from all teams, analyze business cases and post-launch performance, and follow up so every product moves through the 7-stage, 5-gate journey on time.
  • Support the Supervisor in delivering the 2027 targets (202 bn exclusive sales, 171 bn front margin, Medicine front margin ≥ 11.7%) and report shelf-protection measures before margin in every review.
  • Own the Molecule Workbook (Single Source of Truth)
  • Refresh the molecule screening list, Sourcing Log, and Launch Tracker.
  • Consolidate weekly updates from all stakeholders on time.
  • Quotation Tracking & Offer Assessment
  • Log each quotation on a single line; verify completeness (registration number, GMP, unit price ex-VAT, MOQ, lead time, shelf life, exclusivity scope, deposit, payment terms, return policy).
  • Apply the six qualification checks and the 30/30/20/20 scorecard; exclude placeholder quotes (e.g., 1 VND) from analysis.
  • Business Case Analysis
  • Estimate 3-channel volume, group margins, rest-of-group retention rate (60%), and group margin lift (10%) for Gate 2 documentation.
  • Progress & Commitment Follow-Up
  • Track agreed-upon response turnarounds (8 working days for initial response, 10 working days for evaluation decision, 2 working days for escalation response).
  • Monitor Gate document status and post-meeting action logs.
  • Monthly Performance Review
  • Build 30/60/90-day scorecards: retention rate, group margin changes, 60-day repeat purchases, fill rate, mystery shopper metrics, growth vs. chain, and customer complaints.
  • Prepare data for the Monthly Exclusive Review and CEO One-Pager.
  • Reconcile the exclusive SKU list with the P&L statement alongside Finance.
  • Launch Tracking
  • Record product launch dates.
  • Monitor inventory levels, fill rates, and store-level shelf check results; issue early warnings upon threshold breaches.
  • Data Quality Management
  • Partner with Business Intelligence (BI) to resolve data gaps: exclusive product tagging, combokit volumes, Rx/OTC categorization, and unit quantities.
  • Establish baseline metrics for the 26 existing exclusive products.
  • Project & Supervisor Support
  • Prepare Gate review materials, working session agendas, and partner presentation decks.
  • Conduct market and competitor research as assigned.

Yêu cầu

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Professional Major: Pharmacy, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies; preference for background in Merchandising, Category Management, Sourcing, or Trade Marketing.
  • Deep or senior-level sourcing expertise is not required.
  • Professional Competencies:
  • Strong capabilities in data analytics, information synthesis, quantitative analysis, and process execution follow-up.
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing, supply management, and merchandise supply chain operations to coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly grasp operating models and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Management & Leadership Competencies:
  • No people management required; strong ownership, accountability, and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Foreign Language Proficiency: Good English reading and business email writing skills.
  • Computer Skills:
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and large dataset handling) and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus.
  • Additional Notes: Highly meticulous and accurate with numerical data; punctual; clear and effective communicator.
