Category Management
Monitor and analyze category performance—including assortment size, new product launches, sales, and profitability—then develop and implement strategic action plans to drive category growth.
Conduct frequent market research and analyze study reports (e.g., AC Nielsen / IQVIA) for new products and pricing to ensure range selection meets customer needs on a weekly basis.
Define strategies and action plans to consistently hit sales and profitability targets.
Ensure product availability at the store level during promotions and maximize profit through forward buying during vendor out-of-stock (OOS) situations or price increases.
Supplier Management
Source new suppliers and products in alignment with the company’s category growth strategy and policies.
Maximize trading terms with suppliers, including favorable return policies and trade marketing income.
Communicate daily with suppliers regarding inventory, pricing, promotions, and branding.
Maximize payment terms and secure return/exchange agreements for slow-moving or expired products.
Secure the best or exclusive promotional offers from vendors.
Compliance
Comply with all company processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Align individual KPIs with the direct line manager and consistently achieve target metrics.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Professional Major: Pharmacy, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics
Language Proficiency: Good English communication skills (writing, reading, speaking, listening)
Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Related Experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience in a similar position; experience in retail pharmacy is a plus

Quick learner who is willing to take on new challenges
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility and commitment
