Tổng quan
- Receive store opening schedule information to notify relevant departments of the installation date
- Monitor and support contact when the units are connected to transmission lines, computers, vending machines, IP Phones, printers, UPSs when installed. Receive handover from units and standardize according to the setup system
- Setup/deploy sales software according to regulations
- Support sales software update
- Monitoring and coordinating with ISP units and related departments to handle store problems such as transmission lines, software, and payment integrators
- Support to handle store sales transaction related issues
- Support user office such as setting up computer, software, IP Phone, email system….
- Operate and manage system AD, Radius, wifi, IT asset management, Request ticketing,…
- Research, develop and apply software and tools to support IT management. Other tasks as directed.
Yêu cầu
- Education and Knowledge
- Know which class to classify devices/systems
- How to check for errors for each layer
- Deploy and manage network devices Router, Switch, Firewall (with CCNA certificate is an advantage)
- System MS/Linux: Deploy and manage AD, DHCP, Radius, Backup,... (with MCSA advantage).
- Experience
- Graduated in IT or have 1 year of experience in IT
- Master the basic knowledge of IT trained in the university program
- Skills and Abilities
- SQL Database: Basic knowledge of SQL queries
- Computer familiar with and experienced in Microsoft Office applications
- Read and understand English well
- Experienced, active and skillful, able to work independently and co-ordinate well with other departments/colleagues.
- Other characteristics
- Honesty, agility, hard work, high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team, good presentation skills
- Ability to think logically, learn and grasp new technologies.
