- HSE Compliance
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE policies, procedures, and programs
- Monitor HSE compliance with applicable legal requirements and Company standards.
- HSE Data, Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain and update HSE compliance records, including inspection and certification records, environmental monitoring records, contractor documentation, and other relevant legal documents.
- Manage, update, and maintain HSE records, documentation, and databases across the organization, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and proper record keeping
- Monitor, consolidate, and prepare periodic HSE reports in a timely manner and in accordance with Company requirements and applicable legal regulations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Monitor and update HSE KPIs, compliance status, CAPA, action plans, and other HSE performance indicators, ensuring dashboards and tracking reports are accurate, complete, and regularly updated.
- Training and Awareness:
- Coordinate and support the implementation of HSE training and awareness programs for employees and management teams.
- Monitor training completion and maintain relevant training records and documentation to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory requirements.
- Others
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
- College or Bachelor‘s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or Engineering
- Possess a Group 2 Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) certificate. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to fire, health, safety, and the environment; Familiarity with retail industry-specific health, safety, and environmental issues
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a health, safety, and environmental role, preferably in a retail or similar industry
- Experience in managing HSE compliance documentation or regulatory reports is an advantage.
