Position Purpose:
Strategy & P&L Management: Develop the 3–5-year eCommerce strategy and take full ownership of revenue, profit margins, and direct operating expenses.
Platform Development & Channel Strategy: Lead the development and continuous improvement of Con Cung's digital platforms, particularly Web/App. Improve the end-to end customer experience from Digital Marketing to improving UI/UX, conversion rates, while optimizing order fulfillment.
Omni-channel Commercial Management: Define strategies for Web/App, Marketplaces, and Quick Commerce. Oversee product assortment, pricing, promotions, vouchers, and relationships with suppliers and platform partners.
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead core online functions - Commercial, Operations, and Marketing - and develop a strong management team. Drive collaboration with other departments. Present business performance, strategic plans, and recommendations to the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors.
