Tổng quan

Internal Communications
Support the execution of internal communication activities and campaigns that promote corporate culture, employer branding, and employee engagement.
Assist in drafting content for internal communications (email blast, printed communications) featuring business updates, people highlight, community initiatives, and leadership messages.
Support the design and visual production of internal communication materials.
Help manage contemporary communication tools, channels, platforms including but not limited to email communications, video news, in-house publications, and physical communications.
Events & Administration
Provide administrative and logistical support for employee engagement activities (e.g., Sports Day, Culture Day, Vietnamese Women‘s Day, seasonal events).

Good interpersonal skills, with good written and verbal English skills.
Creative mindset and basic sense of visual design.
Ability to design communication materials and edit video clips (Canva, CapCut, etc.).

Monthly internship allowance: 4,000,000 VND; free parking; personal laptop provided.
Hands-on experience in internal communications, employer branding, and events - in a place where internal comms truly matters.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Office location: 163 Phan Dang Luu, Cau Kieu Ward, HCMC
